OUR PURPOSE
Three pillars, One mission
Our purpose is to Empower Society Personally, Professionally, Spiritually. Each pillar stands on the same foundation: DIGNITY through OWNERSHIP.

Personally
Homeownership is the key that strengthens family structures and builds generational wealth. Christopher saw this firsthand growing up in the projects — a home of your own changes what a family believes is possible.

Professionally
Small business development adds an additional revenue stream, unlocks legitimate write-offs, and prepares families for a deliberate 12-year exit strategy — a business that serves the family, not the other way around.

Spiritually
Striving for a higher moral compass — believing in God, or giving back to a cause you truly believe in. A family grounded in purpose weathers every season, and turns its blessings to the community.
OUR STORY

From the projects of California to the prairies of Texas
Christopher Baiz grew up in the projects. He knows what it means when a family doesn’t own a home — and what changes the day they hold the keys to their own home. Homeownership steadied his family's foundation, and it became the measure of his life's work.
He and his wife Lienna built their careers in California and Texas — code enforcement and real estate development — before founding The Baiz Foundation with a clear calling: to bring that same life-changing hand up to Veterans and low-to-moderate income families in Texas who are priced out of the housing market.
Our method is simple and understated by Real Estate Developers: Design homes specifically to the family's income so qualification is possible, build them with honest craftsmanship, and teach the financial literacy that keeps them in their home for good.
"We don't hand out finished lives. We hand up the tools — a home designed to your income, a business in your hands, and a compass pointing higher."

Designed to your income
